The only time they communicate with me was today 11/29/18 since June to let me know that my case is closed and I have to pay $225 for the ticket + $299 that I pay for them. They never ask me if I want s payment plan or never gave orientation on what to do.

George is the person who called me, he is rude, he didn’t let me talk and he hang the phone on my face. You hired someone to help you, you pay and you’re treated like s......I’m furious.

I just went through the same thing with them report them to the Better Business Bureau I'm telling you it'll work in your favor.
