In January I hired the TicketClinic when I received my ticket so that I knew I had someone to defend it. My speeding ticket never got turned in by the police officer after 6 months of receiving it in January, it is now July.
Therefore, TicketClinic never had anything to defend, the ticket was automatically dismissed. They would not refund my $100 since they did not do anything and I am very upset because their services weren't even used. Worst service I have ever received.
They don't keep in contact with you either, I had to track them down when I was the one that paid them $100. Waste of time and money.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
